“ I had an absolutely delicious dinner here, made with fresh seasonal ingredients. The staff were friendly and managed to be attentive even though they were very busy. The menu is relatively small (3 options per course) but I had no trouble finding something I wanted to try. There are vegetarian options - my starter of beetroot and sucrine was delicious. I chose the duck breast and it was served very rare and was quite difficult to cut because it was very close to raw - I usually prefer meat cooked rare but this was ‘bleu’. I am sure I could easily have asked them to cook it more and it would not have been a problem. Excellent wine, as expected for Bordeaux! Highly recommend. ”
“ Upon arrival we were welcomed and shown the seating at the rear and also at the front and given a choice of either. We liked that as many other restaurants steer you to their preferred seating area. Service continued to be very good throughout. Our food was fresh , imaginative tasty and flavoursome and good value. Next time we visit Bordeaux we will certainly return for dinner. ”
